Order Cancellation & Return Policy

You may cancel or request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

The return period starts from the day:

- You receive the product, or
- A third party (other than the courier) receives it on your behalf.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be purchased within the last 7 days
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

- Opened or used herbal oils, roll-ons, powders, or consumable items
- Customised or personalised products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products past expiry date

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

- A damaged, leaking, or wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or store credit

⚠️ Discounted / Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Organic Sens is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
